1 General Terms & Conditions

5 Betting Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Tk766 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is proven.

• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Prior to closure, any remaining account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the registered payment method, provided the closure is not due to a breach of terms.

9 Limitation of Liability
